Most tokens ask you to trust the cap table.
xeqm-labs:native publishes the keys instead.
- Genesis minted once, matched to a SHA-256 swap ledger
- Spend keys published for every swap wallet
- No VC bag. No team unlock. No fake burn.

SN OPERATOR UPDATE: xeqm-labs:native Core v1.1.1 is ready.
This is a required update for every EXIOM Service Node before block 236,920, expected around October 18 at 19:00 UTC. Nodes still running v1.1.0 at the fork block will fall off the network.🌐
What changes:
1⃣Faster Pulse recovery. Network stalls now resolve in seconds instead of minutes.
2⃣Lower memory usage. RAM usage drops as soon as v1.1.1 is installed.
The upgrade is simple: install v1.1.1, restart xeqm-d, and you’re done. No resync. No config changes.
Operators: upgrade early. Don’t wait for the fork block.
Most crypto projects promise decentralization.
Very few rewrite the rules so a handful of operators can't quietly run the network.
EXIOM just did.
Hard Fork 22 gives every operator exactly one quorum seat.
It doesn't matter how many service nodes they run.
Look at the biggest operator:
12% of the nodes
→ 0.5% of the vote
Node count used to buy power.
Now it buys nothing extra at the quorum table.
The upgrade itself was clean:
205 operators
909 service nodes
97% upgraded before the fork
Zero chain splits
Next, they're using live data from this fork to tighten block production.
One question the announcement leaves open is how the network stops a large operator from splitting into many identities to win seats back.
That's the test worth watching.
Decentralization is a rule you enforce in code.
Not a slide you show on a roadmap.

Hard Fork 22 is live on EXIOM!
One operator. One quorum seat. No matter how many Service Nodes they run.
The largest operator controls roughly 12% of all Service Nodes, but only about 0.5% of quorum influence. That is exactly what HF22 was built to change.
205 operators. 900 nodes. 97% upgraded before the fork block. Zero chain splits.
Now comes the next part: refinement.🔬
The live network is giving us real-world data on how the new quorum rules behave, and we are already using that data to smooth block production further in a small follow-up release.
Ship. Measure. Improve. Only on $XEQM.

🚨ALERT: HF22 is 3 days away🚨
If you run an EXIOM Service Node, upgrade to XEQM Core v1.1.0 now. HF22 activates at block 219,120, around October 5 at 19:00 UTC.
Nodes still on 1.0.x will stop following the chain at the fork.

xeqm-labs:native @ExiomXEQM#BullRun
In my last EXIOM post, I asked a simple question:
Where does xeqm-labs:native actually fit?
The next piece of the answer is EXIOM’s Oracle.
A blockchain can verify what happens on-chain.
But it cannot know everything happening outside of it.
Which country does a policy apply to?
Has a credential been revoked?
What is the current price of a real-world asset?
That is where an oracle comes in.
EXIOM’s Oracle is being built as a decentralized notary for facts the blockchain cannot prove on its own.
Here’s the flow:
→ Staked, opt-in service nodes observe an external fact
→ Nodes fetch the information independently
→ A committee reaches quorum
→ The result is signed
→ The attestation is posted on-chain
→ Contracts can use that result
The first paid service is a country-level sanctions policy.
This gives the XEQM utility story a practical layer.
XEQM is staked by the operators providing the infrastructure that produces these attestations.
185.6M XEQM is already staked in nodes, representing about 55% of the supply at launch.
The Oracle contracts are built and unit-tested, and the service has already been running on EXIOM’s internal devnet with:
→ Random committees
→ Independent fetching
→ Quorum signing
→ On-chain posting
→ Committee rotation
→ Leader failover
→ Freshness checks
It ran unattended for over a week.
There’s also a privacy angle that is easy to miss.
The focus isn’t only on making the information trustworthy.
@ExiomXEQM is being built to protect the request itself:
Who asked?
What did they ask?
When did they ask?
That distinction matters for compliance and eligibility systems where proving a condition can be useful without exposing the underlying request.
So the progression is:
EXIOM → privacy infrastructure
XEQM → network participation
Service nodes → infrastructure
Oracle → a paid service using that infrastructure
This is the bigger picture:
A network becomes more useful when its infrastructure can provide services that applications actually need.
And as those services expand, XEQM’s role is tied to the operators and infrastructure delivering them.
Most people will treat the xeqm-labs:native hard fork as another "upgrade live" announcement.
They will miss the only mechanic that changes who actually controls the network.
HF22 does not give you more rewards. It does not add a new narrative.
It caps influence by operator, not by node count.
Before: run 1 node or 100, and you could still stack multiple seats in the same block signing quorum.
After activation, one operator gets one seat, no matter how many nodes they run.
Activation block: 219,120
Estimated time: Oct 5, around 19:00 UTC
The payout stays the same. The concentration of power drops.
That is the part most chains never fix.
They celebrate node count and ignore ownership. One operator with a node farm can still dominate consensus while the dashboard looks "decentralised."
This fork prices that risk out of the design.
Node operators must be on v1.1.0 before activation. The rest of the market will only notice once it is already live.
The protocol just made it harder for one person to own the quorum. The token is still waiting for the market to price that.
The headline says upgrade. The docs say ownership just got rewired.
Are you looking at node count, or at who actually sits in the room?

Hard Fork 22 activates at block 219,120, around October 5 at 19:00 UTC. Every Service Node needs to be running XEQM Core v1.1.0 before the fork — older 1.0.x nodes will stop following the chain once HF22 activates.
v1.1.0 is live now. Upgrade early, verify your node is healthy. Don’t wait until fork day.
