Do not switch to TMobile unless you want to have extremely difficult time with getting your bills correctly and your trade in honored.

its been almost 2 year that I have asked for them to honor the trade, all the rules were followed.

Need Resolution

Have had several billing issues and did not get credit for my trade in. Trade-in is not being accepted and they are charging me for the Samsung 22 Ultra Every time I call and speak with a supervisor, I have to retell this story, and I get nothing.
