Thoroughly enjoyed attending my school’s production of Aladdin! I’m blown away by the talent, props, singing and dancing that I witnessed this evening. It made it even sweeter to see my former 2nd class perform as 6th class pupils! It really does take a village but honestly-wow!

I delivered a fantastic session today, planned by @niamhmcguirk0 on ‘Affirming identities and using children’s books’. This session inspired lots of fruitful discussion on authentic representation in the classroom and how to use these texts across the curriculum!
