I strongly condemn the police brutality unleashed on our youth and students in Delhi today.
What kind of government fears its own students? What kind of democracy responds to questions with batons and tear gas instead of dialogue?
The Nation belongs to its students, its farmers, its women, its workers and to every citizen. Dissent is not a crime. Brutality is not governance.
I stand firmly with my young brothers and sisters. Accountability is non-negotiable.
Salute to each one of them for their courage, resilience and indomitable spirit. They have shown the nation what fearlessness is.
On this #ShahidDibas, we pay our heartfelt tribute to the 13 Youth Congress activists who laid down their lives on 21/07/1993 after being subjected to brutal police action and indiscriminate firing under the CPI(M) regime. We remember their sacrifice with deep respect & reverence
An overwhelming sea of people, united in remembrance.
Come rain or shine, year after year, people gather to honour the martyrs of 1993 and hear the voice of hope and conviction.
Today's remarkable turnout is a moving reminder that sacrifice is never forgotten, and that the ideals of democracy and justice continue to resonate across generations.

âWe love only Didiâ
BJP can break the stage or tear down posters, but they cannot take away the peopleâs support and love for Trinamool Congress.

On #ShahidDibas, I pay my heartfelt tributes to the martyrs who tragically lost their lives in 1993.
May this day strengthen the resolve of every member of the Maa-Mati-Manush family to uphold democracy, justice, and the rights of the people.
Their sacrifice continues to inspire us, and their legacy will forever remain at the heart of our movement.
@abhishekaitc Murshidabad's tragedy demands more than condolencesâit demands accountability.Every preventable loss of life must lead to transparent investigation, stronger safety measures & justice for every affected family.

Their supreme sacrifice remains etched in our collective memory and continues to inspire generations to stand steadfast in defence of democracy, justice and the rights of the people.
Their legacy lives on in our purpose, our principles and our unwavering commitment to serving the people.
