It all began in August 2023 when we successfully purchased ownership of all the socials, domain, IP and website previously managed by others.

Prior to acquiring $WASSIE on the open market, we disclosed our comprehensive rebranding plans, making certain that our team wallet was built as equitably as possible for everyone:

The logo was crafted using the renowned first Wassie base, known as the Maru Wassie @wasserpest drawn by @tukinowagamo, the original artist, and incorporated the distinctive colors of @inversebrah i.e red and green, set against an amethyst purple background, which is the signature color of the first Wassie.

Finally, the contract ownership is renounced, LP tokens are burnt, and the contract was subjected to a comprehensive audit conducted by @TechRate1 achieving a top score, reaffirming our commitment to the Wassie community's trust and security:
