@Rb__sa We are aggregators and pay farmers weekly on fridays.... tomorrow will be the 3rd friday without making paying farmers. We cant do anything because we moved all our monies into that account.
@Rb__sa It was rejected because I didn't follow the process which no one told me about. For the first time my monthly voice credit is depleted because of the long calls with your team. I dont even know where this is at now because I cant dial out
@Rb__sa Then I contacted secure chat asking where to send the form they said I must send to permissionskyc. This morning I received a message that my application was successful but I had another email saying I must call the business desk. The business desk said it was rejected.
@Rb__sa The online banking guy said we don't have a banker allocated, I must go into the branch. I explained that the partners are in 3 different provinces and cant be in the bank together, the guy said the branch will help me. Went into the branch which couldn't help but have me a form.
@Rb__sa Ive been trying to register online banking since the 10th of May. After a long struggle with OBE we deregistered the profile because the technical team was only available on the 21st to help us. Them tried registering a normal online and only yesterday I was told to change mandt.
