I have been a Myntra customer for years and have never faced an issue like this before. Please review this case carefully.
@myntr@MyntraSupport If Myntra believes this is a false claim or an attempt at return fraud, I am willing to cooperate fully and face consequences if proven wrong. However, denying a genuine customer's claim without proper investigation is unfair.
@myntr@MyntraSupport If proof is required from my side, I am willing to provide it. I live in a PG with CCTV cameras and can try to arrange footage showing that the package was handed over. I also communicated regarding the pickup on the same day
I handed the package to the pickup executive. If the package was misplaced, not scanned, or not submitted to the logistics hub after pickup, how can the responsibility automatically be placed on the customer without a detailed investigation?
After waiting as instructed, I received a resolution stating that the logistics team had confirmed they did not receive the product and therefore my claim was denied.
My question is simple: how was this conclusion reached?

If you forget, you end up paying extra for delivery, despite having a paid plan.
So customers are forced to pay for what’s already prepaid
