Many will probably hate me for this opinion. Nobody asked for it, but here it is. 😭🙏🏻

The language used by Ruchika Singh and the other women against PM Modi was disgusting, vulgar, and absolutely condemnable.

But should she be arrested for it? I don’t think so. Not even an FIR.

Offensive or abusive statements alone don’t deserve an FIR.

Someone from the government or the party should speak to these women, make them understand the difference between dissent and abuse, and let society judge their words.

What must be dealt with strictly are calls to violence, people openly calling for the PM’s assassination, uprooting Parliament, or directly inciting unrest. That is where the full force of the law should come in.

A democracy should punish violence and incitement, not mere vulgarity.

10–20% reservation to uplift historically disadvantaged communities is one thing.

But when nearly 75% of seats are reserved and only 25% is left for open competition, stop calling it “upliftment.”

It’s institutionalized exclusion.

You don’t build equality by making merit the exception instead of the rule. You weaken competition, discourage excellence, and hold India back in the global race.

That’s not social justice.

That’s discrimination by design.

So, even post reservation the persons identity doesn’t change as dalit. As long as reservation exists , caste doesn’t vanish. To eradicate case, you must abolish reservation .To save the country Reservation should be abolished immediately.
