For the 2nd time I have heard the President celebrate violence. In the 1st instance it was after Kibra elections. In Sagana he was celebrating violence in Bama Market. He admits Organising violence in the past. One day I will tell you about Kenol Church violence.That’s our CIC 🤦‍♂️

BBI Constitutional Amend. Bill 2020 is VERY GOOD for Presidential Candidates especially the front runners BUT very bad for stability of the country. It creates imperial President,unstable executive&expensive governance structure. In the END politicians gain but the people lose.

PS Kibicho recorded statement and within 2 hours had been released by @DCI_Kenya. How come @DCI_Kenya is still holding @MikeSonko this late ? Can’t the two be treated equally ? Unless this is a confirmation that Kibicho is DCI and DCI is Kibicho.

Conclusion: It is clear #BBI #3 is quite rushed. Same scenario as those hasty amendments to KE Independence Constitution (1964-88) that mutilated Katiba for transient political convenience.

Even if BBI were to pass now, this economy will for long not afford to devolve 35 percent of national revenue to the counties . Out of the 1.6tr we collect in taxes, 900B goes to servicing of debts and over 500B to public wage bill. Where will this 35 percent come from? Lie!
