What we know so far, since the establishment of #EFF in 2013 Julius Malema has acquired these properties & establishments for himself under different names and companies/ Trusts ofcourse;

1) Mekete Lodge in Polokwane Plots just a few kilometers away from Mall of the North estimated at R15million

2) The Mazzotti Registered Mansion in Hyde Park estimated at R7million

3) The Mansion at Bryanston where his bodyguards & most probably his "Slaughter House" estimated at R12.5million to R15million

4) 2 Properties in Polokwane, 1 in Bendor just behind the Cycard Complex Centre estimated at R3.5million - R4million

5) 2 if not grown his portfolio by now, Total Filling stations registered under Tshepo Malema ( his cousin ) valued at estimated R3million to R5million each
6) Slageng Night Club establishment valued at about R3million at Seshego township

7) Koko Sarah's Double Storey built by Julius Malema which is now Julius' Heirs house with Ratanang being the main heir head at this point

8) A plot behind Polokwane Smelters which is estimated at R4.5million - R7million

9) His undeclared & unregistered shares in KSL Hotel which is run under an Old Time Political Ally/ Business Partner who made his riches through RDP tenders back when Julius Malema was President of ANC Youth League in Limpopo who heavily benefited through Dept. Of Coghsta Limpopo worth over R50million between 2009 - 2013, this KSL Hotel specializes in student accomodation for University of Pretoria in the Limpopo Campus & owns about 4 if not 5 properties establishments within Polokwane City.

Another establishment is the White Elephant becoming Mega Infrastructure at Mankweng ( Old Turfloop ) behind Mankweng Hospital which is said to be tied to a loan with IDC/ PIC worth R1.5Billion if not R2Billion, this was a corrupt negotiated deal with the then VC of University of Limpopo whom they screwed him over on an agreed Establishment Admnistration Broker Fee of hundreds of thousands and Mogalong decided to show them who is Boss & advised Supply Chain to issue a tender for the skyscrappers currently being built inside the University of Limpopo nearing completion sighting that they will ONLY allocate students to KSL Hotel if the Residence for the University's allocation is full 😂😂😂🥊🥊🥊. ( Heard all this from a very close source to the happenings )

Hence Julius Malema's EFF Push to demolish the payments from NSFAS directly to students and pushing for payment to Tertiary Institutions to receive payments directly so he can manipulate them through the EFF's SRC where he has strongholds.
