@TRAI lot of people including elderly do not need mobile data very frequently. Now operators do not provide any plans to cater their needs for just the calling. The entire mobile data goes unused and adds to the living cost of elderly many of whom do not have regular income

@airtelindia Its completely unethical to force customers to buy costlier packs by removing less costlier alternatives. The 249 1Gb/day pack was sufficient for my need but is no longer available on the Airtel app. Similarly 199 2Gb/28days is also gone! @TRAI please check this!
