Recognise the signs of a heart attack.
The most common symptoms includes a squeezing across the chest and a feeling of unease.
It’s never too early to call 999 and describe your symptoms.

A person can go into cardiac arrest anywhere, at any time, so it's vital you know how to perform #CPRAnywhere.
Remember:
⏰ Rate - 2 compressions per second
⬇️ Depth - push 5 to 6cm down on the chest
❌ Don't stop - until help arrives or the patient regains consciousness
