Just to be clear on this matter @MaajidNawaz you weren't successful in your interpretation of the verse, by those who pray to be seen is directed at the hypocrites who pray not to fulfill their duty to Allah but so people say oh they are Muslims so they can get whatever benefits muslims get or avoid harm.
It is by no means a call to pray in private. Whenever the time of prayer is upon you, you should do your duty whenever you can (obviously without being a nuisance to the others or obstruct the passage of people).

It was expected that Iran will not include Gaza in its MOU, simply because the resistance there is not a shia resistance and it is the farthest from what shias want from a movement to be.
Don't be fooled, the last thing Iran wants (as well as Israel and the USA) is a strong sunni entity that's why they have done what they did in Iraq and Syria, so Gaza is naturally out of the equation for Iran because it doesn't serve their project in the region.
