Update:

Just got back from the OPay office.

I had to wait for the sender to arrive… he finally did, Mr. Noah Kechi Okafor, a man in his early 50s.

Everything moved fast after that, filled a form and I was told the restriction will be lifted in 24 hours.

But here’s the part; He said his phone was missing for about 30 minutes, and when it was later found in a place he had already checked.
