Sorry. You missed my point. It wasn’t about what employees should get paid — totally agree with you — it’s the scale. The CEO of Home Depot oversees a multi-billion dollar business, as opposed to a small local hardware store, with a fraction of that revenue. Same role, vastly different scale.
