23rd of April.. a day I will never forget ❤️
My mum lived with sickle cell & through her, I learned strength, resilience & compassion.
Today, everything I do with @ShalomSc is deeply connected to her story.
Her life gave birth to this vision.
And her impact still lives on❤️
