Mr. @SecMullinDHS, as you step into your new position I ask you to provide particular consideration to the status of Iranian students and professionals in the United States who may be at risk of immigration complications due to Presidential Proclamations 10949 and 10998. Many of these individuals fled the Islamic Republic’s because they believe in freedom, democracy, and the values this country stands for. They are also contributing to the United States every day.

They arrived in this country legally, followed the rules, respect this country and its system of law and order and are among the most dedicated and accomplished contributors to American society. I ask that you and your department consider these factors, plus the personal and political risk many of these young people would face if sent back to the criminal regime in Iran.

America’s concerns for its national security and the threat posed by the Islamic regime to the homeland are entirely justified. To that end, my office stands ready to provide you and your colleagues with regime operatives, propaganda agents, and influence networks for investigation and removal from the United States.

و می‌تونین برین روی cpt حتی اگه دیدین ead همچنان hold هست برای opt، شاید دیگه بتونین بیخیال opt بشین و همون cpt رو بیش از یک سال هم ادامه بدین تا تکلیف معلوم بشه.

🚨اطلاع‌‌رسانی: لیست پیگیری تماس با سناتورها و درخواست جلسه (Tracker) برای #Hold

این فایل نشان می‌ده تا این لحظه با کدام سناتورها و نمایندگان تماس گرفته شده، با کدام میتینگ داشتیم و مهم‌تر از همه، برای ارتباط با کدام سناتورها هنوز به نیروی داوطلب نیاز داریم.
برخی جلسات با موفقیت انجام شده و نتایج آن‌ها ثبت شده، اما روبروی نام بسیاری از سناتورهای تأثیرگذار عبارت "Volunteers Needed" نوشته شده است.

۱. 🔍 لیست را چک کنید ببینید کدام سناتورها هنوز اقدامی صورت نگرفته(مخصوصاً اگر سناتورِ ایالت محل سکونت شماست).

۲. 🙋🏻‍♂️🙋🏻‍♀️ یک سناتور را انتخاب کنید و به صورت داوطلبانه با دفتر ایشان تماس بگیرید یا ایمیل بزنید تا درخواست یک جلسه گروهی آنلاین (Group Meeting) برای بررسی مشکلِ هولد داشته باشیم.

۳. 🗓 به ما اطلاع دهید: به محض اینکه پاسخ اولیه یا تاریخ و زمان جلسه را دریافت کردید، حتماً به ما خبر بدهید. ما اسم یا آیدی تلگرام شما را به عنوان هماهنگ‌کننده در این لیست اضافه می‌کنیم.

۴. پس از مشخص شدن تاریخ و لینک جلسه (زوم)، ما آن را در گروه اعلام می‌کنیم تا سایر دوستان و داوطلبان نیز بتوانند در آن جلسه آنلاین شرکت کنند و صدای ما رساتر شود.

@FaraOn13thFloor @USCIS @DHSgov کسانی که مثل من pending H-1B extension petition دارن و تحت تاثیر hold هستن و مهلت ۲۴۰ روزه رو به اتمامه براشون، می‌تونن از طریق کارفرماشون amended H-1B فایل کنن. قانون ۲۴۰ روزه مجدد شامل حالشون می‌شه و در این مدت اجازه کار خواهند داشت. کارفرمای من این رو انجام داد.

These are F-1 students, who will not be able to roll to OPT, STEM OPT, or eventually H1-B in time unless this pause is lifted.
