@QuintonLucasKC Mr Mayor. The Scooters! Why are those scooters operable at 1 and 2 am on a Fri night? almost had my car hit a few times last night. There are groups of people riding those scooters leaving bars jumping into traffic on the wrong side of the road crashing in the street. etc.
