Crazy how a few pounds makes you feel. So hard for me to lose weight between being a desk person and a video gamer. I do realize I dance more when I cook. Lol. Feeling pretty good about me not just how I look. #BetteringMyself

Anxiety stomach sucks. Every morning without fail, I have an upset stomach. I really don't know if it is because of driving, social situations, or work. Once I am where I have to be and after an hour, I'm fine. The body can be a weird and miraculous thing.

Today I did so much and you know what? I feel really good today. I really just need to do more but after work I feel so drained. My job is just so mental and a lot of people make their problems my problems. I need a way to just think of nothing but me and my family when I'm home.

Well, I have to be better keeping up with my days. I'm feeling better than before which is awesome. I did my makeup for the first time in over a year. Nothing crazy but I want to start doing it more. #BetterMeIsComing

So it hat been a few days since I posted. Not much to post since my PCOS has kept me rooted to my bed and my chair. I hate how it has so much power over me. It also gets worse when I lose weight. Very much over it.

Day 11: The last couple of days have been rough. Sat: Made my step goal and a little more. Sun: Cleaned the house but didn't make it. Mon: Sick kid day. Fun. Today: Anxiety overload at work. Idk how I'm going to be able to get through today.

Day 8: Just weighed myself for the 1st time since restarting my diet/fasting. I am down 3 pounds. Great start for me! #MakingGoals

Day 7: I think I have this calorie count down. Feeling full without over eating (which is my biggest problem). One step at a time! #FeelingBetter
