Dear @ThomsonIndia

I purchased a Thomson 7.5 kg washing machine (Order ID: OD335548457944016100) on 23-09-2025 from Flipkart.

Unfortunately, the machine has had water leakage issue since day one and it has not been usable till today. Despite this, no proper resolution has been provided.

This is extremely disappointing as the product is still under warranty.

I request you to kindly arrange replacement or full repair at the earliest, or initiate a refund if the issue cannot be resolved.

Please look into this matter urgently.

@HeroMotoCorp

It has been 2 days since I raised my concern, but I have not received any update from your side yet. This is quite disappointing.

I had already highlighted the issue regarding the broken part and the billing mismatch during servicing at Sharp Motors, Vashi for my bike MH03EZ2932.

I expected a prompt response from such a reputed company. If there is still no update, it gives the impression that the concern is not being taken seriously.

Kindly provide a clear update at the earliest. Otherwise, I will be forced to take this matter further.

Looking forward to your response.

[Yoddha Tiwari @MotivationalN11]

@HeroMotoCorp Any update please?

[Yoddha Tiwari @MotivationalN11]

@HeroMotoCorp

Thank you for your response regarding my complaint.

I would like to highlight two concerns regarding my bike MH03EZ2932, which was serviced at Sharp Motors, Vashi.

1️⃣ The service center informed me that a part broke due to a “jerk” and asked me to pay around ₹8000, even though my bike is only 5 months old. I would like clarification on whether this damage happened during servicing or due to a manufacturing/quality issue.

2️⃣ Another concern is regarding the billing. In the Hero app, the service cost shows ₹1455, but at the service center I was charged an additional ₹480 in a separate bill.

The total amount I paid is ₹1935, which does not match the amount shown in the app.

As a loyal Hero customer with 3 Hero bikes in my family, this experience is very disappointing. I request @HeroMotoCorp to kindly investigate this matter and clarify the reason for the additional charges and the part damage.

Looking forward to your prompt resolution.
