@BBCMOTD Ref: How do I call this one?
VAR: We have looked, it is clear that the player kicking the opposite player in the head is in fact wearing a City shirt…conclusion, no foul, play on.
Ref: Play on.

@HarrietEPrior We need to get this over the line. Hate having to start a senior player like Hendo. Bring him on later in the games to use experience to play out a result.
Hopefully we get at least one of the two being mentioned.
@joel_archie Seems to be a reoccurring trend…let the squad age but expect them to perform as if they had fresh legs.
Happened in almost every squad I can think of for the last 25 years.
Milly, Ox and Firmino had to go. Hendo to stay for experience but that’s about it.
@Carra23 Ronaldo made an impact when he came on though 👀
Jokes aside…that performance by LFC was embarrassing, no pressure, slow build up, poor crossing and zero effort to win the ball.
Milly & Hendo together are a liability - they limit the team.
United deserved the win
@AnfieldWatch If we get nobody in quick then the only way LFC can compete is by completely resting the first 15 players in any cup games. Seems we have a lack of legs to win the first ball and to chase down - stark difference from last season.
@TheKopHQ Pre season was dire - no consistency and didn’t show unity. When we are forced to start Milly and Hendo I know it’s going to be a long slog of a game. They can’t play together it limits the team.
No desire to win the first ball.
Milly, Ox and Firmino needed to go.
@Watch_LFC Pre season and in the first 3 games we have not been at the races. How Milly and Hendo start together is ridiculous.
Needed to offload Milly, Firmino and Ox.
Hope I am wrong out this squad doesn’t have legs to compete like last season.
@LFCApproved Nah how are they even contenders for the bench. Milly and Hendo on the same pitch are shocking. Should have off loaded Milly, Firmino and Ox they will cost us games.
@tashaaa2000 We need more than those…if we have to rely on Milly and Hendo at any point be it cards or injuries then we are out of cups and title races. Needed a solid midfield this season and with the team we have it won’t see us through games
@reebecatavares When we lose a Prem race by one point and drop 7 in the first three games it isn’t time for positivity. Positivity comes from putting in hard work - if we lose but the players put in hard work it’s fine to be positive. The last three games have been poor. Changes needed!
@liverpool Milly and Hendo should not play on the same pitch. United players all put in a hard shift…the opposite can be said by LFC players.
United needed a statement game and this was it. It won’t last and they will flop again next game.
LFC shocking in all areas tonight.
@JamesPearceLFC Milly and Hendo should never be on the same pitch. United deserved the win, all there players put in a hard shift. Hate to say it. LFC just didn’t turn up. Indicates what we all feared midfield hugely lacking.
United deserved the win. Chased every ball. Every United player worked hard in and out of possession.
Not sustainable, next game they will flop. United are happy…for now.
LFC defensively awful and midfield was none existent. #MUFCLIV
Mil & Hendo should never play together!
