I asked for explanations re: security measures and @FNBSA blames Digital Banking - an unappealing internal game that doesn’t match your award-winning reputation. Also, several omissions made me decline a “goodwill” payout.

I entrusted #FNB my money, so I expect accountability!

@FNBSA Care dismissed my case, saying I am liable for my PIN, yet security measures failed i.e. I did not receive an SMS or inContact chat for the transactions, my bank limits were changed 4 times without an OTP approval, which is suspicious and suggests fraud sophistication…

There’s footage of someone withdrawing money at the stated time… Yet, I have my signed card! FNB refuses to cooperate with SAPS & now requires a subpoena to be legally obliged by the state to give info that’s key in detecting a security risk that left me, your client, a victim.
