@VerizonSupport @verizonfios and I just wasted another hr with Verizon chatting in private on Twitter they say they'll get back to me in 24-48 hrs, this is after waiting for 3 weeks already for service to be installed, and the technician came down 4 times already and left.

@VerizonSupport The technician came down 3 times already and Everytime they left for a different reason, yesterday he left again and promised he will be back today, but so far didn't hear from anyone, and when I call them they just keep on transferring me, with no one that has an actual answer.
