@ellyvnts Like for instance this sunday, I had curry, a roast, and breakfast and I broke my deficit, but it wasn't by much, and I'll just make it up this week. Lost around 14kg since I started and I basically only leave the house like 3x a week.

@ellyvnts I've recently switched up to counting calories and i find it a lot easier. never realised how much I could get away with. I still break sometimes, but I've found it gives me a little more structure for how I eat and encourages healthy choices instead of mandating them.
