@Lee35418139 @FedEx @FedExHelp @FedExOffice I am going through the same damn thing, FedEx is the absolute worst. FedEx uses bots on Twitter and it's like talking to a brick wall and their customer care doesn't really care if you get the package or not. This whole ordeal is so tiring.

My package has been lost in the limbo in one of your south SF Warehouses, it was supposed to be delivered Oct 2 then Oct 3, 4, 5, & today's Oct 6. Calling Customer Care doesn't help because all they do is raise tickets that no one looks at. Cont'd
