@FrontierCorp Last night there was an outage in my area. This morning I checked and Internet & phone were still out. Chat with tech says outage was fixed. No, it wasn't. My connection is still down. Service tech is due Wed. 3 days wait is absurd when I pay $180 for 50/50.
