This is the level of construction chinese hav been doing, tunneling , cutting mountains, many hydro projects. So yes chinese will be blamed.

Bud there is no better time. China has done many great things but it is the right time to call them out on this blunder.

They have no regard for downstream riparian countries. Their unchecked construction from tunneling to cutting mountains to high altutude blackages fr infra work in high seismic zone has exacerbated this glacial outburst.

Plz atleast open google earth or maps or chinese maps that you may have access to.

Search the amount of tunneling, rock cutting, temp bridges, narrowing of the passage mouth of water flow has hapoened near the gyirong port and highway, which is where thia glacial outburst happens

Also research how glacial outburst itself is not an issue with loose rocks, narrow passages which changes everything.

Go through my posts i always praise China a lot but this is flood is partially caused or exacerbated by chinese activities

China has been doing lot of high altitude blockages for Rasuwagadhi and Trishuli hydro projects, this has largely compounded any natural glacial outburst.

I am also not sure it seems like glacial outburst but lot of high altitude blockages, tunneling work upstream on the exact route has probably compounded it if not caused it

It is offcourse natual glacial outburst probably but hydro work, high altitude blockages, tunnels drilling fr hydro projects are suspect here atleast compunding it if not causing it.

Too much of a coincidence that one of the biggest construction work has been going on the same route and hydro projects where this originated or close to it.

@DickyRoe @iNikhilsaini Its not a dam, most of these r not huge storage capacity projects though there r plans to build massive dam and construction is on going.

Its mostly high altitude blockages done for underconstruction Rasuwagadhi and trishuli hydro projects which has compounded glacial outburst
