A large tree is leaning on the power lines on Highway 41 by Laurel Hill park. Power is out all along 41 and parts of 17 including the traffic lights at 17/41, 17/winnowing, & 41/bessemer. Dominion is on the way at. Traffic moving right now, but expect delays.
