Some of the Protea we have on the farm waiting to bloom. They're abundant at Mouny Rozier and come in many forms, which is perhaps why they're named after the Greek god Proteus, who could change his form at will.

The water supply for all our properties and the winery is drawn from our own borehole and our dams are filled naturally with rainwater, collected via a network of channels across the farm. Here's one of the dams looking respledent in the winter sun.

Wild Peacock is an un-wooded chardonnay that offers a lot on the nose with citrus, yellow apples and some peachy notes. It's a mouth filling wine with a creamy texture that ends with a sweet sensation.

Myrtle Manor is our silky Pinotage. For this wine the berries are not crushed but fermented whole. This allows for a gradual extraction of tannins and colour, which promotes finesse, balance and longevity.

The Flower Garden is 100% Sauvignon Blanc from vines averaging 9 years and the grapes were handpicked early in the morning to retain the delicate fruit flavours. It's a complex yet fresh wine with passion fruit, yellow apple and pear notes.

We have over 40 beehives on the farm. The bees help pollinate the vines during flowering season and are also a sign of a healthy vineyard.
