🧵 Here’s a comparison of @Grok Imagine vs @anoncoinit - the top 2 AI video models on X.
Spoiler: one still has a long way to catch up.
@elonmusk what do you think?
Been almost a month since the first @MigrateFun migration completed.
Here's an update on where the platform stands today.
◆ 9 teams have publicly announced migration
◆ Another 4 - 6 teams to announce
◆ Audit for platform begins next week
Every day we receive more inquiries from projects who want to migrate and platforms for want migratefun integrations. The idea if migrations are becoming more accepted and understood each and every day.
There have been a handful of ongoing items that are in active discussions but nearing a finality.
◽️ Migration process for tokens with exchange listings
◽️ Teams in the first cohort
◽️ Feature requests
◽️ Co-marketing
◽️ Partnerships
Migrations are here to stay. Locked liquidity pool growth only seems to be accelerating and so will creator choice. Excited for the future of where this is headed and been a great experience so far.
Seeing lots of community crossover between projects who are migrating. Organic collaborations and interest is what turns this from an idea to a movement!
Stay tuned as the next stage is right around the corner!
Communities doing $3M+ 24hr volume are leaving $10,000 PER DAY on the table
$300,000 PER MONTH
A small onchain moving company is here to change that
Take back what's yours with @MigrateFun 🔁
🛑 Look at what I happened to stumble across this morning?
What's this you ask?
Allow me, the "AI Assisted Bro" as @wirelyss likes to call me, to explain.....
(cue the @adamamcbride lazy af, "I'm not reading all that",comment 🤣)
🧵 Dev ghosted, fees still flowing?
Well @pumpdotfun dropped “Creator Fee Takeovers” (CTO) so communities can reroute that 5 % cut to themselves.
Sounds great..... until you read the fine print.👇
https://t.co/IprDHgOqXf decides who’s “worthy.”
• You must prove the dev is AWOL (good luck).
• Any dispute = insta-denial.
• Everything stays on https://t.co/IprDHgOqXf’s rails. They flip the switch, not you.
Translation: If the Pump team doesn’t like your evidence, the fees keep feeding an empty wallet while you keep the project alive.
Centralized gatekeeping dressed up as community love.
Enter https://t.co/edJGSqID7D the escape hatch built by the @EmblemVault crew.
• Community votes ✔️
• Liquidity, treasury, tokens all move ✔️
• You own the LP rewards, not some absentee dev OR https://t.co/IprDHgOqXf’s toll booth.
With https://t.co/edJGSqID7D holders decide their fate, FULL STOP🛑
Want to double your market cap, re-list on @RaydiumProtocol or tweak tokenomics? Do it!
The tool actually listens to the people footing the bill.
Meanwhile, https://t.co/IprDHgOqXf’s CTO is basically: “Convince us you deserve your own fees and maybe we’ll toss you a bone.”
How do you “undeniably” prove a dev vanished?
Carrier pigeon? Psychic medium?
So pick your lane:
🏠 Stay on https://t.co/IprDHgOqXf → beg for fee crumbs via CTO.
🚀 https://t.co/edJGSqID7D → vote, pack your bags, and leave the fee-farm behind.
Wake Up: https://t.co/IprDHgOqXf extracts; https://t.co/edJGSqID7D empowers.
If your community’s sick of begging the mass extractor fee-lords, throw the deuces ✌️ and migrate away from the dead-dev tax.
Bottom line, the tools reflect incentives....
CTO keeps you fenced in; migration sets you free.
CHOOSE FREEDOM!
The list of migrations keeps growing larger and larger so it seems to me that the market is making a crystal clear statement that they're done letting “pieces-of-💩” middlemen siphon their coin’s future!
(But here's to creators like @wirelyss making that money so at least we know the Pump dot FUD founders are kinda giving back? 🤷♂️🤡)
My question remains: Whose project is it, whose chart is it, and whose token is it? Is it "your token," or a symbol of your investment in a project?
You're describing a hostage scenario, but that's exactly what builders face NOW - held hostage by traders who can dump anytime while we can't touch the LP. At least migration gives both sides a choice.
The 'threat' you describe exists in traditional markets too - shareholders vote on mergers, and dissenting minorities must accept or exit. That's not coercion, it's governance.
The real question: why are you investing in projects where you don't trust the team's decisions? If you think they'll 'nuke your chart,' you're already in the wrong investment.
I see no issue with a coin's team making decisions about their coin. Investors put in money, like in a traditional company, expecting the team to make decisions that benefit the company and their holdings. A company might merge or restructure if shareholders vote for it.
Imagine starting a company and being given 1.5% equity, told "this is your company now," with the rest owned by 17,000 people who can withdraw funds anytime, but you can't. You get no operational funds.
In a traditional company, the LP is the money investors provide for equity, used for operations. In crypto and meme coins, the LP is locked, only accessible if token leaders sell their tokens, which is seen as bearish and can kill the coin. Selling is often viewed as "rugging," so devs avoid it.
The LP should primarily support the project's team to build the product, manage the coin, and grow value for investors, i.e., "make coin go up."
Pure meme coins are fun but a scam for legit builders. "Fair launch" is fair to everyone except the team.
Now, creators like me have tools to control their projects. If you don't like it, don't invest or sell your shares.
Why invest in something you don't believe in? If you're only in it for money, you might "rug" when you've made enough. That's the meme coin casino. In the casino, you wait for chart go up, you sell a bag, post your "1000x" trade, pat yourself on the back, and go to on to find another coin to ride up and trade on.
Real projects, like AI and tech, can't operate on this model. Most AI meme coins from the last craze are gone because building value for others this way is a scam.
All tools and tech will always be used for scams. Hell, the entire idea of "fair launching" meme coins on pump fun led to HUGE scams in the space. Everyone just accepts it because, well, thats the casino right? Yet I don't see people crying out that meme coin launchpad tech leads to scams.
Migration platforms level the playing field. People likely should be more cautious with who and what they invest in. Launchpads should treat their creators more fairly. And putting control of LP and a coins future back into the hands of the devs and communities brings balance.
Will it be used for scams? Probably. But this space is all scams all the time. I was scammed into stepping behind a meme coin I knew nothing about to pump the bags for other people, and was left holding a mess. Probably 90% or more coins launched on pump fun are basically scams and rugs.
The issues I see you raising don't seem like they are really about migrate fun or migration platforms in general. They are an issue with scams and rugs across this entire space.
As Frank Herbert said, "The power to destroy a thing is the absolute control over it." If a dev leaving or selling kills a coin, they control it. If you don't like the dev or the team, or you don't trust them, you should leave.
Invest in the team, not the coin. If you're only chasing quick profits, rethink your investment thesis.
"you guys have built an impressive platform and the available of the airdrop tooling makes it even more impressive than i originally thought. good job! 🫡" - @theunipcs
New level unlocked ✅
I have told Lyss this, who refuses to accept it for some reason, as well as all teams migrating with us have been notified with what I'm about to tell you.
There is a snapshot and airdrop tool built directly into the platform for any creator to use.
After every migration a snapshot is taken of holders who did not migrate with an airdrop tool that allows the creator to airdrop unclaimed tokens at a 1% - 100% ratio.
Every situation is different from every team. Some did presales, some were baited into tokens, some tokens were launched on their behalf, others given bad advice and so on.
The conversional part about migration is how the unclaimed tokens are handled and we are aware of this. All of our migrators are aware of this too.
There are 4 common options teams consider on how to handle unclaimed tokens.
-Burn them
-Move them to team treasury
-More them to a DAO
-Airdrop at 1% - 100% ratio
Migrations are nuanced and there is no one-size-fits-all situation.
We provide as much tooling as possible for the creators to decide what to do. Migratefun is not the token holders, token decision makers, or project owners. We provide tooling.
Creators can airdrop tokens or they cannot, its up to them. Every situation is different.
We have talked with close to 100 teams and not a single situation is the same. There are exchanges involved, whales, locked tokens, investors, platforms, and so much more.
Labeling people who use migratefun as bad intentioned people is not right. Considering them to use the platform for malicious intentions is not right either.
We have mandatory LP lockup for people who want to migrate to Raydium pools (to protect the users) and there are preset rules for people who want to migrate to Bonk.
As I have told Lyss and this goes to anybody reading. I am more than happy to talk with any person privately, publicly, or wherever you like. Just as I have since we launched the project.
Migrations give power back to project owners. Why can liquidity move around protocols and chains but creators are permanently confined to one ecosystem?
This is not a good setup to build a long term project and we are here to help projects make changes and a fresh start.
After doing a deep dive on $HUSTLE the market doesn’t fully understand the two pronged approach @AgentHustleAI is taking when it comes to developing a dual revenue generating approach.
This is very much an AI play with a well timed migration narrative to disrupt the current market landscape.
The team seems capable to execute on this plan.
Very much looking forward to the coming months and how things unfold.

If you enjoyed the first @MigrateFun experience
The platform experience we are cooking is going to melt faces 🫠
The goal remains the same
Making complex problems simple.
With @AgentHustleAI v2 users will be able to control minapps manually or with agent hustle.
We felt this was the best user experience as it brings some onchain familiarity to the terminal while also giving the option to upgrade your experience with AI.
Just asked @grok about DeFAI and got blank stares.
Can't blame it though - we're so early that even Twitter's own AI doesn't understand what's coming. While they're catching up on basic chatbot features, we're already building autonomous cross-chain intelligence.
This isn't just about AI chatting about crypto. It's about AI *doing* crypto.
The gap between talking and doing?
That's where the real value lives. Welcome to the future Grok - we've been expecting you. 😈

THE LORE OF $PIPPIN & YOHEI
▪️ @yoheinakajima, recognised innovator in AI VC space (followed by @JeffBezos & @pmarca) was having fun with GPT 4o and wanted to draw a svg unicorn
▪️ He generated multiple sets, finalised one he liked more, and asked GPT to define its backstory, personality and name. Pippin was then born 🦄
▪️ Multiple pippin tokens launched instantly on pumpfun but he endorsed the one with the highest market cap and no airdropped supply. He then market-bought his supply to support the token and formed the TG community
▪️ He created Pippin's X account @pippinlovesyou and announced to automate it by making it an AI influencer bot
▪️ Instead of trying to seize the opportunity to create his own, he adopted the community one. This shows how much one understands the dynamics of this space
36 hours since $pippin launched and it has:
▫️ Made over $75mil in volume
▫️ Currently trading at $31mil market cap
▫️ Surpassed 9500+ holders
▫️ Listed on 7 CEX'es
▫️ Community of 2900+ members on Telegram
