@_Tinty_@virginmedia@BBCWatchdog 6 weeks from signing up, at least 9 phone calls, each one over 60minutes long, .... and still no install date... what am I supposed to do? Virgin customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen.
I subscribed to Virgin Media 6 weeks ago but still they can’t connect me. I’ve spoken to their call centre countless times all promising me they will sort it but nothing. How can I work from home in a pandemic with no internet? Every day it’s a different excuse @virginmedia
@virginmedia I have no open orders on my account. Looks like I will have to ring the number AGAIN and waste another 3 hours being passed from pillar to post. This is completely ludicrous. I need someone with authority who can commit to a plan of action.
@virginmedia The customer service I’ve received so far is abysmal. I’m so stressed and upset by the whole experience that I’m now off work with stress. I was on the phone to you for 3hours yesterday! In the last week 5 people have promised to call me back and none of them have! Unbelievable.
@virginmedia I have called this number 5 times in the last 3 weeks and each time I’m given a different excuse/reason. No one seems able to resolve this. How do I escalate? I spent 3 hours on the phone to you yesterday!
@virginmedia But this has been ongoing for almost 6 weeks - Ordered 16th Feb, installed booked 5th March then 26th March and now I have no date! How can I get this escalated/resolved? If I can’t get it sorted in the next day or two I have no option but to give up and go with Sky or Vodafone.
@virginmedia The engineer that visited last week said the cable in the pavement needed bringing to the front of my house Then he could do inside cabling. But no engineer is booked to do this work. How do I get it booked in? He said it was straight forward and no highway access was required.
@_Tinty_@virginmedia I’m going to seriously look at Vodafone. I don’t seem to have any other option as I literally cannot get virgin to connect me. It is a complete farce.
@virginmedia Each time I get a different explanation! I’m waiting for external and internal cabling to be done but there is no engineer booked... no can explain why it how to get it resolved.
@AldiUK website struggling... garden sofa into basket twice and both times when visiting basket it has been emptied... now sold out! Ridiculous! It is supposed to be in there for 30 mins... didn’t manage 1 second!How are you supposed to buy the sofa? #aldi#impossibletobuy
