3. Inquisitive chocolate drop!
ID: a chocolate coloured mouse with black eyes exploring and enjoying pets on a white man's hand. Part way through the mouse quickly grooms itself, pawing at its nose.
2. The young does in the big group cage enjoying their noms!
ID: a heap of mouse food lies in the centre of a very large tub. Various mice approach the pile to eat, whilst others run for cover in cardboard boxes or underneath the water bottle stand.
(video description: a chocolate brown mouse with a tiny white dot on her head rests on a white guys hand. The thumb is stroking her & she's bruxing happily. The camera moves up to show a mouse standing on the lip of a cage, chewing a long strand of hay. Other mice scamper about.)
From all of us here at Rainbow Mousery, we're wishing you a very Merry Christmas! πβ€οΈ Here's a video of Galaxy being a snuggle bug whilst Chomp escapes in the background π₯΄π
These are the chocolate drop babies who will be staying with us π Bounty & Berry with the white bellies, Galaxy with the lil white dot on her head, & Flake our beautiful big friendly boy!
@Twopaw1 They're all absolutely wonderful but she's secretly my favourite!!! I have a few people interested in babies from this litter, & am hoping that this little girl won't be picked π
Chocolate drops are just over 2 weeks old now! All peepers are open, though these babies are so sweet & calm!! Total opposite to the white bubs from the last litter π
@critterladychgo @lizbarnesrhyl Oh absolutely!! My partner's had to chase a non-stop leaping hopper around the room before, little one's eyes weren't even open yet but they weren't letting that stop them πππ
@critterladychgo @lizbarnesrhyl Their ability to blast off suddenly into space is incredible π We have one who's a real wild child, they do settle after about 5 mins of handling but for the first few minutes it's just them "popping" any time you touch them π
@critterladychgo @lizbarnesrhyl Only 3 weeks old so they can pop off like little rockets when they decide to π€£ Thankfully most of them are really good for their age, & they're all settling down wonderfully - but a few of the white bubs definitely like to keep us on our toes! π
