Digital money is becoming a multi-rail system.

Stablecoins, tokenised deposits, MMFs and CBDCs are all gaining corporate attention.

The opportunity is no longer just issuing new forms of money.

It is building the infrastructure that allows them to move, connect and settle at scale.

Onchain finance, activated. 🟢

[MOVA @MovaChain]

The team’s cooking something new. 👀 🟢
More soon.

[MOVA @MovaChain]

@Cointelegraph Stablecoin adoption requires more than innovation — it requires trusted infrastructure, clear regulatory frameworks, and operational resilience.

As regulatory standards evolve, building for compliance and long-term institutional adoption becomes increasingly important.

[MOVA @MovaChain]

$34.6B in real-world assets is now onchain. And more than $4B is already being put to work across DeFi.

Tokenization is moving beyond issuance. Assets are becoming usable, liquid and programmable. The infrastructure layer has to scale with it.

[MOVA @MovaChain]

@Cointelegraph Regulatory clarity is a key foundation for the next phase of digital asset adoption.

Clear, consistent frameworks can help bridge innovation and compliance, giving builders and institutions greater confidence to develop resilient digital asset ecosystems.

[MOVA @MovaChain]

Stablecoins are proving the point: global value transfer needs better rails. Faster movement and lower costs are only the beginning.

The next challenge is infrastructure — interoperability, compliance and settlement at scale. That’s the layer MOVA Financial OS is being built for. 🟢

TapeOut Protocol Partners x @MovaChain x @prom_io

To Explore DeWEB Verifiable Application Infrastructure, USD1 Stablecoin Settlement Included in the First Batch of Scenarios

In September 2026, TapeOut Protocol announced the launch of a strategic collaboration with Mova and Prom

The three parties will carry out joint exploration around DeWEB, verifiable applications, On Chain application objects and stablecoin settlement scenarios

This collaboration will focus on researching a new form of Web3 application

Applications are no longer just web pages deployed on off chain servers, but digital objects that can be defined, owned, read and verified On Chain

Under this framework, websites, frontends, application content, version information, service declarations and access entry points can all form On Chain verifiable records, and further connect to stablecoins such as USD1 from @worldlibertyfi as a service settlement tool

In this collaboration, TapeOut Protocol will provide the scenario foundation for DeWEB, verifiable frontends, On Chain website publishing and application content delivery

Mova will provide support around stablecoin settlement, financial grade infrastructure and high performance modular network capabilities

Prom will provide scalable execution, multichain connectivity and application deployment capabilities

This collaboration will focus on real application scenarios and underlying infrastructure needs

The three parties will assess the infrastructure capabilities that DeWEB applications need across definition, ownership, reading, verification and settlement

And explore the usage paths of stablecoins such as USD1 in application services, developer incentives and resource calls

In the past, blockchains were mainly used to define and transfer assets

Smart contracts, tokens and NFTs can already be verified On Chain, but the frontends, entry points, content and service delivery of most Web3 applications still rely on off chain servers, DNS, CDNs or centralized gateways

Users can verify contracts, but it is hard for them to verify whether the application they are visiting is real, whether it has been replaced, and whether it is the official version

TapeOut Protocol believes this problem needs to be pushed to the infrastructure level

Making the application itself an object that can be defined, owned, read and verified On Chain

In this direction, the three parties will focus on exploring

On Chain definition of application entry points, version information and service declarations
On Chain expression of application management rights, update rights and revenue rights
On Chain reading of websites, frontends, content indexes and file hashes
Verification of application content by wallets, browsers and clients
Infrastructure models for decentralized gateways, indexers and reading services
Settlement paths for stablecoins such as USD1 in application service fees, developer incentives and resource calls
The requirements of high frequency verifiable application scenarios for the execution layer, the settlement layer and multichain environments

Stablecoins such as USD1 will become an important settlement variable in this exploration

Potential scenarios include On Chain website publishing fees, verifiable frontend service fees, gateway and indexing service fees, enterprise grade application service procurement, and ongoing settlement for application resource calls

This means the use cases of stablecoins will no longer be limited to trading and liquidity

But will further enter Web3 application services themselves

This collaboration will also provide a reference for deeper application infrastructure building in the future

As DeWEB, verifiable frontends, On Chain application objects and stablecoin settlement scenarios grow, related applications may need execution environments with lower cost, higher throughput, stronger isolation and greater flexibility
