MSJ-4 participated in the National Constitutional Townhall meeting on The Gambia's 2024 draft constitution convened by the @CRPDgm today at Bakadaji hotel.
The meeting brought together citizens from across the country to shape conversations on the #ConstitutionWeWant.
All these activities are part of our broader agenda for #social#cohesion. We believe that by addressing #caste#discrimination and promoting diversity, we can build stronger, more resilient communities that empowers women!
Subsequent to our #Community#Engagement, we conducted a workshop training focused on human rights education and best practices for community diversity. Participants gained valuable insights into fostering inclusivity within their communities.
Our Program Manager @bittaye_a participated in a 2-day meeting at #Kemoson, Soma on 19th - 20th Dec 2024 on the adoption of ToR & development of strategy by the #Working Group dedicated to #Transparency & #Accountability.

@PRJ_Gambia supported a comprehensive training for our board committee.
This training is part of the ongoing capacity building support we are receiving from #PRJ aimed at equipping us with essential skills and knowledge necessary for our advocacy efforts.
I acknowledge that the comprehensive trainings provided by @PRJ_Gambia has boosted my confidence in decision-making.
With the tools and techniques learned, I feel empowered to take on leadership roles and drive impactful projects within my organization @Movement4SJ.
Today, we commence the training and orientation for the boards of the four supported CSOs, focusing on reinforcing knowledge of board oversight functions and roles. This session follows up on the previous training on fundraising and organizational management.
We are honored to receive support from @PRJ_Gambia. MSJ-4 is not only working with #FreedomHouse on sensitive yet critical and important societal matters, but also getting capacity enhancement through trainings and working tools support along the path.
Following our training on Fundraising and Organizational Management for the four selected CSOs @Fantanka1@SoloSandengFoun@GYINGambia and @Movement4SJ, Freedom House provided additional support in the form of brand-new laptops, smartphone, and web design services.
Successfully completed Organizational Management and Fundraising Training with #PRJ.
Glad to have my organization selected for the program. I appreciate the time spent with the facilitator, fellow participants and our hosts @Ibrah_Drame @AlhagieSNyang
