ECAD Architects was founded at a time of deep uncertainty in our national life. While many young Nigerians were leaving the country, I remember encouraging him to return home. He took that leap of faith to build, to invest in people, and to commit to doing the work the right way.

Three decades of consistent practice in Nigeria is no small feat. It demands discipline and a stubborn refusal to cut corners. That consistency is exactly why they are still standing strong today.

Ade, I congratulate you for keeping your eyes on the ball, for keeping the flag flying, and for staying the course. We pray that Almighty God will continue to bless the practice and that it will continue to create timeless and boundless edifices.

May the firm become a legacy that will be passed to many more generations of professionals who will come after the current founders. Congratulations!
