Using #motioncapture and #computermyography, we once again took a closer look inside her body - analyzing movements, muscle activity, and performance. Had the training made a measurable difference?🩰📊 Stay tuned for the results that will be shown on TV in March of 2027!
We were excited to welcome Mai Thi Nguyen-Kim and the #TerraX team back to our OpenLab! 🎥✨This time was all about the follow-up: after weeks of dance training, we repeated the measurements to see what had changed.
During our #GirlsDay, we welcomed curious minds to explore the world of #movementscience🏃♀️✨Through hands-on #experiments and interactive activities, the girls discovered #scientific principles behind human movement and gained exciting insights into #sportscience at our #OpenLab.
Our #OpenLab hosted the annual “sport science meets school” project with M.Ed. students and 9th graders from Hopsten. Together they explored #sportscience, comparing #squatjump and #countermovementjump dynamics and their impact on jump height. A great experience for everyone!
Mai Thi will be undergoing dance training in the coming months. We look forward to welcoming the Terra X team back to the OpenLab in spring for a second measurement session!
An extraordinary visit to our OpenLab: science journalist Mai Thi Nguyen-Kim and the #TerraX team were here to film a report. Using motion capture and the #Myonardo, we analyzed various movements and visualized what usually remains hidden: a glimpse inside the body.
