If you do not have a sound biblically centralized understanding of what is happening in Israel, your viewpoint is an invalid pile of poorly formed political ideals and opinions.
Having a biblical viewpoint is the only way to understand the atrocities that are occurring.
Being strong is good!
Being fit is good!
Not having to get a joint replacement at 45 because you do joint mobility training so you can accomplish all three is the greatest!

You must hate your envy
Your selfishness,
Your greed,
Your laziness,
Your lust,
Your bitterness,
Your negativity,
Your pride!
Loving yourself is a lie!
If you want to be free, you must learn to hate yourself!
There is a very big difference between “having a weight problem”, and YOU “having a problem with YOUR weight”.
But, not having a problem with it doesn’t mean there isn’t one.
And having a problem with it doesn’t mean that the weight is the problem.

Every parent wants their kids to make consistent healthy choices!
But in order for that to happen, parents themselves must do so first.
Not one kid on the planet is going to take health advice, or any advice for that matter, from a lazy, undisciplined, excuse making hypocrite!
Strengthening tissue in your body, which is the obvious goal to training, does not occur by “just doing” the exercise.
If you don’t have a neurological signal to the tissue you intend to “strengthen” doing some exercise you saw on social will not magically give you that signal.
It’s absolutely critical as a coach to not try and “get” an athlete to a level they which they themselves do not yet desire to achieve.
In the transformation process, being present in THEIR process is far more vital than progressing in the moment.
Presence + Process = Progress
“My hamstrings are tight”
What do you mean by tight?
What makes you think this is a bad thing?
The question is why does my nervous system need to create this “perceived tightness”?
Have you tried strengthening them to bend and rotate your knees better?
To think you can just “get stronger” without working to establish the necessary and required joint function is the kind of thinking that leads to very hard life lessons.
Motivation is a feeling.
A simple promiscuous chemical
moment.
No one “feels” like going to work.
Or doing the kind thing in the face of unkindness.
Or doing uncomfortable things to be healthy.
You must learn to do without feeling like doing.
Feelings are liars, mostly.
In the development of a human life.
Movement preceded breathing.
You were moving before you were ever breathing.
And
You have more brain matter dedicated to Movement than any other system combined.
Let that sink in for a moment…
Movement is literally intelligence.
