@MulberryEngland@MulberryEngland I still have not heard anything regarding a collection. I've emailed several times with no response. My return has now past the returns point and I subsequently are significantly out of pocket waiting for a refund.
@Footasylum I purchased a Zavetti coat In October and the stitching around the pocket is faulty resulting in a hole. Can this be sorted in store as I have my receipt?
@Joulesclothing went to store to return an online order to only be offered a credit note due to the company going into administration. Can you clarify this is correct? Not happy
