@cineworld @gothicyogini Iโm having the same problem, unable to book anything on Sunday 10th November (Paddington or Red One). Just get the message that no unlimited tickets are available ๐
@cineworld Yes I can. It's not the end of the world to pause it for 5 minutes while I open the app, I just wondered why it was an issue when I'm connecting to a UK server still
@cineworld it used to be that only your website couldn't be accessed via A VPN but now that the app has updated, that can't be either ๐ฉ. My VPN is connected to a UK location, so why can't I access?

@NOWHelpTeam I've just checked my TV. The watchlist is still incorrect and the progress bar on later episodes is showing complete. For example, it's telling me that my next episode is ep 8, but if I search the show I can see a complete progress bar on eps 9 and 10. Every show is like that ๐
@NOWHelpTeam Hi, my 'continue watching' is broken. There are 3 shows that I've since watched another 2 or 3 episodes of but it hasn't registered. How do I get it to start working again? It's the same whatever device I use
@NOWHelpTeam Thanks for the reply but that didn't make a difference. It seems to have forgotten all of the episodes I've watched that are after the one it tells me is next. And there's no progress bar on them either to say that I've watched them
