@BarstewardsThe@maxcouch Do you not think though Oisin being honest here and rightly so (the result wasn’t going to change anyway) puts him in good stead to plead his case when he really deserves to have the result overturned next time. Like having a go at a footballer for not taking a dive.
@SkyBet has someone on your marketing site wanted to tank the company? It’s the only reason why you’ve made such awful changes to sky bet club and done it trying to make out we are getting a better deal. Do you think we are all thick?
@Iam_SarahJay Again you’ve misread this. This post is on the behalf of the person making the donation saying a gift they can’t claim back in their tax return. The person receiving the gift has to pay tax on it. Sorry you’ve been reported but their complaint will stand if you don’t report it.
@Iam_SarahJay What this post means is if you make a donation to a registered charity you can deduct it off your personal tax return. It’s not saying the charities pay tax. In fact charities are the only people who don’t pay tax on crowdfund. Even gifts you have to pay tax on. Hope this helps
@Iam_SarahJay As per the law, you are required to report revenue from crowdfunding. This includes gifts, which are considered taxable income. For donation crowdfunding, the backer cannot claim tax relief unless the project is a charity and if so, will be awarded in the form of Gift Aid.
@Iam_SarahJay Hi Sarah, you are best reporting this yourself as unless you are a registered charity you have to pay tax on crowdfunding including gifts. Hope this helps.
