Moving Communities Customer Experience Survey

Last year we received over 43,000 responses from over 560 sites, making it the largest survey of its kind in our sector, let’s make this year's even bigger!

It is free to take part in the survey and entrants receive their own results which can be benchmarked against industry averages.
