A visitor for 10 days does not become a citizen - they meet only 1 of the qualifications in the 14th amendment. They need to meet 2, the other being either naturalization or birth in the US

If @realDonaldTrump passes an executive order overturning #BirthrightCitizenship, that would be in direct violation of the constitution, and SCOTUS would rule it so 9-0. And there'd be a movement in Congress to impeach. Such an executive order would be a terrible political move.
