I’d first recommend just setting to yourself on a wall, aiming for specific heights
Once you get that down, try specific spots
Then after that try to contact the ball for as little time as possible
@JusticeCappaGO Setter is def good if you already have those skills but beware it’s also very hard since you’ll be working with people who’s jump / reach will vary
Do you want workouts just for yourself? And do u mean weights or also drills
