Is bus stop evangelism actually efficient?

Many times when I’m passing and see them, I appreciate the zeal, but I genuinely wonder whether it’s actually effective.

There’s this man outside my apartment every morning. First of all, it’s 6am, so very few people are even outside. And the few of us who are? We’re rushing to work. Everyone is on the move.

The best I usually hear is:
“…..then a man came…” Pfffft. I’m off.
And so is everyone else.

I’m not endorsing classism, and I don’t know what “culture shaping” he’s talking about. I’m speaking purely to the efficiency of that kind of evangelism.

Is the labour actually yielding fruit? Because zeal is great, but we should also consider whether the method is truly reaching people.
