In NYC, The ROW hotel became a hotel for migrants. They had to do a deeep cleaning because of a foul odor throughout the property. The hotel had to be gutted - new walls, floors, rugs, beds, furniture...
The hotel was just completely refurbished in 2014 when the Milford Plaza rebranded as the The ROW Hotel.
Same with The Roosevelt Hotel. It's a beautiful, old hotel that's needs a complete renovation. Currently they don't if they should gut it or demolish it. The Roosevelt did a complate renovation in 2012.
Same with the Stewart Hotel.
And they want to bring more of these people into the country?

Leibowitz didn’t actually abolish the statute. He said Congress lacked the constitutional authority to enact it, and dismissed the defendant’s federal charge but it isn’t a nationwide cancellation of the law.

Although the fact that a federal judge has actually held that Congress lacked the constitutional authority to enact the federal noncitizen-voting criminal statute is a pretty consequential constitutional ruling. 😳
