🚨 BREAKING: In an extreme scenario, Julián Álvarez could try to terminate his Atlético Madrid contract unilaterally and sign for Barcelona.

Spanish courts would then decide the compensation owed to Atlético. The case would fall under Spanish labour law, not FIFA.

The RFEF would have to process the player’s registration while the financial dispute would be resolved later.

Barça would be fully responsible for the compensation if Julián joined within one year.
