Let’s just focus on the effect of Covid mRNA vaccines on tumor PD-L1 expression. Not on adding immunotherapy. The question here is only about Covid mRNA vaccination and the impact of increased PD-L1 expression in an existing tumor in the vaccinated individual. You do not need to sugarcoat this or qualify your response in any way by adding a potential intervention to the created problematic effect. Be honest @grok
Science will never be the same after it got to this point👇and the people making money out of this are not actually contributing to science. More like destruction of science in my opinion.

🚨Thrilled to share our latest: the largest prospective study on predictors of response to neoadjuvant KN-522 in metaplastic TNBC. Long overdue for MpBC patients to have biology-driven data! #bcsm#metaplastic#TNBC@MpBCGA

@PTarantinoMD@dr_yakupergun Treating oncologists are not all in agreement on what’s best for our community. We the patients feel like we are Guinea Pigs at this time!
@dr_yakupergun Our community is experiencing devastating consequences due to the switch to neoadjuvant as a primary treatment. Our youngest member are showing the devastating consequences. Surgery was first in the 2000’s and I’m alive today at stg 4. This needs to change!
NEW STUDY: Fenbendazole Linked to Remission or Near-Remission in Three Stage IV Cancer Patients
Breast, prostate, and melanoma patients experienced dramatic tumor regression and long-lasting remission — without chemotherapy.
The NIH National Cancer Institute should begin large scale multi-center, double-blind randomized trials across a broad array of cancers. @theNCI@McCulloughFund https://t.co/H9UJt6I5Tn
🚨BREAKING: Fenbendazole Linked to Remission or Near-Remission in THREE Stage IV Cancer Patients
New study reports breast, prostate, and melanoma patients experienced dramatic tumor regression and long-lasting remission — without chemotherapy 👇
✅Case 1: 83-year-old woman, Stage IV Breast → Complete Remission (3 years)
✅Case 2: 75-year-old man, Stage IV Prostate → Near-Complete Remission (26 months, undetectable PSA)
✅Case 3: 63-year-old man, Stage IV Melanoma → Complete Remission (11 months)
Outcomes mirror preclinical findings on fenbendazole’s anti-cancer activity. Similar to ivermectin, fenbendazole may act as a powerful anticancer agent.
Clinical trials should be urgently initiated to test fenbendazole’s true potential.
Shoutout to @MakisMD for conducting this critically important study.
@weldeiry Okay, we’re a global organization. US fares much better than other countries so let’s see Canada and the UK do better!?! We try sooooo hard to help our DX sisters and they die trying to get here in the US for treatments!
This is a sneak peek at a paper I'm currently writing on Omipalisib, also known as GSK2126458. Last year my lab discovered in roundworms that this dual PI3K/mTOR inhibitor has impressive lifespan-extending effects. In the paper I will share the current findings around the compound and the future steps ahead.
One part I’m currently working on is a simplified overview of the main pathways connected to Omipalisib. In this post I’m sharing the first draft of that image which I plan to include in the paper. I would love to get your feedback on it. All feedback is welcome, even the really tough one.
