Mesa Trail: Upgraded successfully! ✅
This is the first public testnet simulating the complete hard fork process from Berkeley to Mesa - a huge milestone on the path to mainnet.
Alongside the community, we have been able to validate the automated upgrade process. With the Mesa Trail network now upgraded, the coming weeks will focus on testing Mesa functionality and gathering feedback ahead of the mainnet upgrade.
A huge shoutout to everyone who has supported the Road to Mesa so far! 🙏
#Mina@o1_labs latest news.... It's been a really busy week for the Mesa upgrade!!!
SO there latest is.... Mesa Trail testing continues, additional dry runs have been completed, new upgrade tracking tools have been rolled out, and updated documentation has been published to help operators and developers prepare.

This is exactly what great ZK product design should look like. 👏👏
SantaClawz, built by @ZekoLabs, uses o1js under the hood to create economic infrastructure for AI agents.
Behind the scenes: verifiable execution, payments, reputation, and privacy.
For users: hire an agent, pay for work, get a verified result. Without needing to understand the plumbing.
Building toward a privacy-preserving internet, equitable for all. The team behind Mina Protocol and o1js, catalyzing a new generation of applications powered by ZK cryptography.
Welcome @o1_labs as a Ruby Sponsor of ETHConf 2026. 🗽

Most people never think about enterprise security until there’s a massive data breach in the news.
But behind the scenes, a lot of companies still operate on a pretty risky assumption:
That sensitive information constantly needs to be stored, copied, moved around, and accessible in readable form somewhere inside their systems.
So modern security often turns into:
“Let's keep adding more protections around an ever-growing pile of valuable data!”
More tools. More monitoring. More layers.
But if the sensitive data is still sitting there exposed underneath it all, the problem never really goes away.
Feels like the smarter long-term approach might be less about building bigger walls — and more about reducing how much sensitive information is exposed in the first place...

Most enterprise security models still assume that collecting more data and building higher walls around it is the answer.
But what happens when the walls fail?
In this @TEFReview article, o1Labs co-CEO @deepthiskumar8 explores how ZK can fundamentally change Web2 security architecture by reducing the amount of sensitive data exposed in the first place.
Key points shared:
• Today’s biggest breaches often come from operational complexity, not broken encryption
• Traditional perimeter defenses still leave massive plaintext data stores vulnerable
• ZKPs enable verification without exposing underlying data
• “ZK-Gated Execution” introduces a model where computation itself is gated by cryptographic authorization
The goal isn’t replacing existing security hygiene — it’s reducing the blast radius when the perimeter inevitably fails.
