The Mazungumzo Class of 2025 has been welcomed into the Mazungumzo Community.
In his address to the class, Mazungumzo Patron @Opiaiya emphasized that learning is an expression of respect and dignity. The Patron expounded on the concept of dignity within and for the African peoples as a solution to some of Africa’s challenges. He opined that challenges such as systematic marginalisation in the Global economy could be addressed by Africans reclaiming their dignity through knowledge. He informed the class that learning is a commitment that the Mazungumzo community consistently upholds.
@MunyokoliE the Executive Director also welcomed the class to the wider Mazungumzo community and assured the class of Mazungumzo’s commitment to their intellectual needs in as far as living a meaningful life is concerned.
@MpeeraG the Head of Faculty of Mazungumzo shared her rich experience as a former participant of the class that rose through the ranks of service within Mazungumzo.
