I think not. The biggest problem there is corruption and lack of Accountability, if you protesting Andre, you might as well protest the new CEO as well cause he's no engineer, he's a finance guy

@SayEntrepreneur What I've realized is that stage 2 means the power will go for 2 hours during the day, stage 4 4 hours during the day & stage 6 6 hours... which means means, when we reqch stage 8, the power will be gone for 8 work hours (between 6am and 6pm) isn't that crazy?
